New boxee user here on 4578 C2D Mac Mini.

In Front Row, OS X still obeys the non-activity sleeping of the monitor (sending no signal to my television in turn tells my TV to power off). Boxee doesn't seem to be allowing the monitor to sleep. Waking the monitor from sleep was also as simple as clicking on the apple remote.

Not sure if this is a bug or feature request.

Btw, Boxee is awesome!

I agree with all of these things and wanted to bump it because it's my only major usage concern with boxee.

In addition to allowing the monitor to sleep (and, additionally, the whole system to be allowed to fall asleep if I have a timeout in my System Settings for that matter), I would like to force sleep by holding down "Play/Pause" on my Apple remote to initiate a full-system sleep (in addition to the shutdown option on boxee's menu) like I could before installing boxee and letting it monopolize all IR remote input.
