Boxee for Windows - Live Broadcast TV Tuner (watch & record) option / plugin

Does any have a Live Broadcast TV recording and viewing option for Boxee for Windows? An option, that does not require you to leave the Boxee app or environment?

I was able to watch live TV from a HDHomeRun.

I created .strm files for each channel and placed them in "My Videos" folder. I can watch the channel by browsing to the .strm file.

An example of my .strm file:
hdhomerun://xxxxxxxx/tuner0?channel=8vsb:23&program=3

"xxxxxxxx" is the share name of the HDHomeRun on my network and the other parameters happen to be for Channel 2 in Green Bay Wisconsin.

I have not figured out how to add this channel to the library yet...

I would like to be able to see a TV Tuner in Boxee for watching and recording TV.

This would pretty much be the worlds perfect Media Center software.
