Setting boxee resol

I was excited to see resolution settings in boxee. My TV is a Wide screen SDTV so things should look best and line up 720x480. For sake of using desktop apps I have the desktop resolution set to 800x600. In the newest build when I set boxee to 720x480 the menu seem to think it's in 1024x720. Also does this actually change my systems res?

We are aware there are some slight issues with the resolutions which we are still ironing out...
boxee will not change your system resolution instead it reads your native resolution of your screen if you set your screen resolution to 800x600 or 720x480 then boxee on a restart will adjust the full screen setting to your resolutions configuration.

When you go to Settings>Appearance>Screen you will always just see 2 options 800x600 (full screen or the native display resolution you set) or 1280 x720(window) , it does not display a list of optional screen settings.
