I've got Boxee on a MacBook Pro (early 2008 model). Full screen works on the laptop fine, however, when going from DVI > HDMI in on a Vizio flat screen both the MB Pro screen and the Vizio display appear zoomed in and thus all the content of menus, or watching videos, viewing photos does not show.
I've tried the following:
1. Ran Detect Displays, confirmed highest resolution settings within Leopard (10.5.5);
2. Went through Settings in Boxee to determine if there was something there that would impact;
3. Also went through the Boxee Setting (name I've forgotten) that lets you adjust corners of the screen and set square. That didn't help.
Thanks, Bob

Hi bobbyco57 - I am seeing the same issue. I am using my macbook DVI->HDMI connection to my TV and it is zoomed in. Were you able to fix it or get any response?

No, I haven't resolved yet. Wish I could. I've tried many iterations of Detect Display, changing tv/MBpro resolution, etc. but no luck.

I found success with the following:
1. TV connected to MBP
2. Display Mirroring mode
3. Set TV to 1280 x 720 resolution, 60 hz
4. Set MB Pro to 1280 x 800
