Major Porblem in OSX version (In my opinion)

Again this is on OSX using the Apple Remote.When playing media and you back out into the menus scrolling up and down still controles the media's volume. So when im scrolling up and down the music volume increases and decreases. I think this should be looked into ASAP. But otherwise than that awesome job guys..thx

hi.
there are some known issues with the remote not able to acquire exclusive driver access leading to the native osx interface running in background.
usually restarting boxee solves it.
you can also try toggling the options under settings->system->apple-remote to try and get it to work.
