Posting HOWTOs?

Is it safe/OK to post HOWTOs?

Also, what would be the best place to post them?

I JUST got my invite, and have been playing w/ Boxee all morning.

So far I've had to figure out how to:
1. Get Boxee to run fullscreen on 0:1, while still using my mouse/desktop on 0:0.
(This one was TOUGH! Had to write a launcher script using wmctrl)
2. Setup mythTV as a sudo-backend.
3. Get my Snapstream Firefly working via Lirc.

I would love to share how I went about all this.
