I bought boxee box couple weeks ago, I spent a lot of time, but I couldn't find out a option to set continuously play one after another video file in my local folder ... next what is a function to search files in local file. And, it couldn't play well *.iso file ??? while plays in cheaper media player !!! Other wise, I couldn't find a function to forward /rev by chapter to chapter

The next update will hopefully resolve some of the issues from playing .ISO files.

The chapter support in Boxee is very limited at the moment, I have raised an improvement request via the bug tracker for something similar to the PS3 Chapter/Scene search http://jira.boxee.tv/browse/BOXEE-7173. Feel free to add a vote. At the moment it is in the Fiona backlog for improvements so no ETA on when we might see any changes to the Chapter support.

Continuous play of files in a folder seems to be only supported for music files, I do not believe it is supported for video files (not seen in my own tests)

Where can we find the improvement request to make a vote on it? I am also interested in this and would like to see it in the update. Thanks...

Continuous play of video files can be achieved using playlists - search the forum for 'playlist' and you should come up with the previous discussions.

For newbie users, how will we know when the continuous play feature has been added? Does my Boxee update with the latest firmware updates automatically? Can I be added to some email notification list when it's added? Sorry for all the questions, but the lack of this feature was almost a deal-breaker for me. Even my crappy little Micca media player had this basic function and I didn't even have to turn it on - it just did it.
