Now that boxee as finished scanning my music I think it's safe to say that, contrary to what the online user guide claims, search does not support music. When I type the name of an artist that I know is in my local music files, nothing shows in the search results. Given the rudimentary browsing ability of 1.0 for local content this needs to be fixed soon. It is currently near impossible to get to the stuff you want to play if you have a somewhat large library.
