Getting stuck where up/down only pages up/down?

Several times now I go into any list of shows or movies but instead of up/down moving the cursor up and down the list it pages up and down. There is no show/movie highlighted.

- If I back out to the main menu and re-enter any list the same thing happens

- If I bring up the menu, I can still navigate around the menu correctly

- Only a reset fixes things for a while

- Tried a hard reset and still have it happen randomly

Any ideas?

Are these local or online content ? Are you using the latest version 1.0.1.16125?

Latest version 1.0.1.16125. It doesn't matter if I pick Shows->All (online content) or Shows->Files (local). Same thing both ways. When I get to the list it just pages up and down. It never highlights any show in the list and the only way to get off of that page is to hit menu. Once the menu comes up and I can navigate correctly around in the menu.

Having a page up and down feature is neat, but obviously I shouldn't be getting that with the d-pad on the RF remote.

I'm having this issue as well. I've been a Boxee user since Alpha, and have had that issue on my old HTPC since Beta and now having it on my Boxee Box. This is my first time reporting/asking help about it.

For me at the moment, all "Movies" menus are doing this, but if I step out and go to a "Shows" menu, it works fine. Apps works fine as well. I haven't investigated far enough to know if this is usually how it works, but I know it's happened in both Shows and Movies menus before.

Also, sometimes if I enter into the menu and bash the up and right buttons a few times, it selects the top item and fixes it. Other times I just have to reboot.

It'd be nice if this were fixed, or at least identify if I'm doing something wrong.

EDIT: I forgot to mention, this has only happened to me in list view. I prefer list view on everything, so I have never had it happen on tile view. I don't know if it could happen there or not.

Yeah, there seems to be a bug somewhere with the list view. I opened an issue where I could repeat the problem: http://jira.boxee.tv/browse/BOXEE-6978

But I've also had it happen to me randomly from exiting online content from one of the movie channels. THis was also displayed with the list view.

I've just started having the same problem, only with movies - TV shows work fine. I can confirm it also happens with tile view.
