Boxee Box and DVD Titles with Multiple ISOs

I just got my Boxee Box a few days ago and have been trying to clean up my local library. I can't seem to find a good solution for this though..

I have a DVD that I've got as two separate ISOs (Disc 1 and Disc 2). The files are named as such:
Title.of.DVD.(year).part1.iso
Title.of.DVD.(year).part2.iso

The Boxee Box wants to list these in my library as two sources of the same title... OR.. if I add it as another part, the second disc just disappears.

Any suggestions?

I'd like to know this as well and also are u getting smooth framerate playing iso files? I get 20 sec pauses and etc but my .mkv files play fine. I think the box is underpowered for this.

My ISOs play back smooth. Menu takes about 3 secs to load. Actual movie loads in 1 sec. Seeks are instant.

ISOs stored on an external USB hard drive attached to my PC.

Windows 7, Core i7 930
6gb RAM.
Hardwired 100baseT Ethernet

umm ok then I might be having issues on my whs as where all my files are stored.
