Menu Issue During Video Playback [Apple Remote]

I was wondering if someone could help me out. Maybe I'm doing something wrong.:confused:

When I'm watching a video and I hit the MENU button on my Apple Remote, it brings up the menu from where I selected the video I was watching. I can't seem to just go back to the video without having to back out all the way to the top menu and then go back to the video from there by hitting menu and bringing the video back to the front.

When I hit menu again, I have to go through all the menus to get back to where I was. It's not a major issue but when I'm not at my desk, it kinda gets a little annoying.

Anyone having the same issue?

sorry for the confusion.
when you are watching a video - a click on "select" will bring up the OSD (on screen display) which will allow you to perform video related actions.

a click on "Menu" would bring the UI back up and let you continue using boxee while the movie is played back in the background.
in general "Menu" is used as a "back" button.

Throughout the UI navigation you can always got to the "now playing control" located on the upper left side and click it - to go back to the video full screen (try navigating "as much UP as you can" to get to this control).
