hello boxee community,
yesterday I had my first contact with boxee tv and boxee box. Since then I'm reading every news or article about this on the internet. It's amazing. I'm totally horney and preordered a boxee box!
I allready use a Western Digital HD TV live which I like very much! But compared to boxee it's just a little toy. There is another goal I want to reach with boxee. My girl friend does not like smartphones or tablets and "all this stuff". You know... women :-) This needs to be changed!
So I want to set up our living room in a kind of "you have to use a tablet to hear music". I have to help her a little bit! ;) Initially she didn't like out new TV but after she got used to it, she liked it!
So back to boxee and my question! I know I have to use my TV to access the boxee (box) interface to start a movie or just doing a little bit web2.0. But if I want to listen to music... is there a variety to use a tablet (i.e. galaxy tab) to browse my mp3 archiv and select mp3s start playing (like apple air exress with itunes remote).
Especially If I ( or her :) ) just wants to listen to music I don't want to power on the TV. I want to do this with galaxy tap or smartphone. My girl friend is listen very often to music in our living room. So this is my plan.
I hope you can understand my bad english, sorry for that!
