Hi there,
I've setup Boxee to use my Apple Remote, but I've chosen to deselect the "Always Running" box so that Plex maintains main control of the remote.
When I launch Boxee, however, the remote won't work unless I use the mouse to scroll through the remote options in settings, click "cancel" on the dialogue box that pops up about disabling the remote, and then the remote seems to work (Until the next time I start up Boxee)
I'm running the latest version (0.9.4166) on an Intel iMac 20" with Leopard.
