By pressing and holding up/down arrow the volume or scrolling are not continually “moving”.
Lost ability to increase/decrease volume, scrolling (up/down/left/right), continually, by pressing and holding arrows keys on the remote control.
Instead, I have to press up/down/left/right remote control arrows over and over again to scroll thru icons, menus, volume adjustments and etc.
Before, few days ago, with the same remote control, OS, hardware I was able to do so without any problems including IE scrolling, Volume, Windows Media Center and etc.
Now I can not do it anywhere. However, if I use arrows directly from my Latitude e6400 keyboard it works fine.
I can not understand what I changed by accident. PLEASE HELP!!!

Windows 7
