Got the Rii mini yesterday - it took 16 days to ship from China - but for $39 it was worth the wait considering I see it priced anywhere from $54 to $110 elsewhere

The Rii is a very nice remote - the look and feel is of good quality - functions without issue and comes in a very well constructed and protective box

I still like the Lenovo Multimedia kbrd/track ball also - if I had to choose between one or the other - it would be a tough decision

I'll be using both remotes - one on my main PC/multimedia set up -- and the other on another MM set up in another room

They're both great remotes - I guess it boils down to whether you like a track ball or track pad better - and the Rii does have a backlit keyboard and a laser pointer

I bought one of these thinking that I'd use it all the time, but actually, I hardly do.

Plan was to ditch the MCE remote and Acer Revo mouse/keyboard, using the Rii Mini for late night lazy browsing and general HTPC use.

The remote is simpler to pick up and use as it doesn't have to be "woken up" and as my partner plays Sims 3 on the Revo, the keyboard and mouse have stayed too.

Collecting dust, but a decent piece of kit, all the same. Think I'll put it up on eBay or something. I'm in the UK if anyone's interested? Cost me £50-something quid and couple of months ago.
