Unable to go into Full Screen - Leopard

I am unable to put Boxee into Full Screen mode. When I choose Full Screen in Settings -> Appearance -> Screen - 2560x1600 FULL SCREEN the it just maximizes the Boxee window and I can still see the Menu Bar and Dock.

Anybody else having this problem?

I am running the latest version of Boxee on Leopard 10.5.5.

when you select the tab button does it toggle between windowed/full screen...you can change your guisettings.xml under ~/Library/Application Suppport/BOXEE/UserData/

When I press the tab key it toggles between a windowed smaller screen and a windowed full screen. It never actually goes into proper full screen.

What do I need to look for in ~/Library/Application Suppport/BOXEE/UserData/guisettings.xml?
