Pause/Play button failed

Bug report:

I was watching a CBS show and when I tried to pause the show the "pause" button switched to the "Play" icon as if the video had stopped but the video did not stop. This seemed to happen only on the CBS channel, although I did not do a big test of different sources.

Other than Hulu being choppy (I was totally unable to even watch my favorite Starsky and Hutch episode - Season 2 episode 16) this thing is awesome. Keep up the work and I can say goodbye to Cable!

thanks for the report ..we are aware of the issue with Play/Pause..regarding Hulu being choppy is happening on all shows ...what boxee version are you suing? Are you located in the US?

I am in the US and am using the latest version as updated from the appleTV. I am not at home now but my recollection is the last two digits of the build were 64.

The product is awesome and I have been waiting for just this type of application that did not require me to be a total Linux geek to make it work - thanks!

I have the same problem and my ATV version is 3964 I believe (Latest version as of yesterday)

Same thing happens on my MacBook Pro.

Also I was watching the first ep of Jericho and it didn't play the whole thing. It played maybe 15-20 min and went to the replay screen. Only happened the once so far, so may be a fluke.

Edit: Same thing happens on CBS's website with Jericho S1E1 so not on Boxees end.

For what it's worth, still an issue in 4277. Play/pause on CBS's website works flawlessly, doesn't work at all on Boxee.

I also have this problem on the latest ubuntu intrepid version. Did you guys find a fix?

Can't play/pause CBS video (Star Trek) either. Is there a way to fallback to the CBS controls without exiting the program and visiting cbs.com?

Using Boxee 0.9.10.5534 for Mac on Intel Core (1) Duo, OS X 10.5.6, Safari 4 (public beta build 5528.16) and Flash 10,0,22,87.

I can Play Jericho S1E1 on Joost and the play/pause works great but not on CBS.

I also noticed that Jericho S1E2 on Joost does not play. I get an error message about Geotag, but it does plays on CBS.

I'm in the U.S., using Ubuntu 8.10.
