boxee crashes on startup

I get the startup sound then "connecting" then it crashes. It works on the same machine's 10.6 partition, the alpha ran fine but none of the beta releases so far have worked. I've tried deleting ~/Library/Application Support/BOXEE, the boxee.log is attached and below is what I can find in the console messages

4/20/10 5:10:37 PM [0x0-0x2ca2ca].tv.boxee.boxee[75475] sh: /Applications/Boxee.app/Contents/Resources/Boxee/tools/osx/preflight: No such file or directory
4/20/10 5:10:37 PM [0x0-0x2ca2ca].tv.boxee.boxee[75475] Apple Infrared Remote not found.
4/20/10 5:10:37 PM [0x0-0x2ca2ca].tv.boxee.boxee[75475] XBOX360: Registering for notifications.
