I am trying to find the simplest way to get my Logitech Harmony 300 to work with my windows7 based MCE with boxee. I don't need it to work in Windows, just in Boxee. The Harmony website does mention Boxee in the list of Media Center PC's, but I believe that is referring to the Boxee Box. I do not have an IR receiver at the moment so I am also looking for a suggestion on a cheap one. Thanks in advance for any information anybody can provide.

Once you do find an IR receiver, I think you're right, the Harmony isn't going to control Boxee as-is. I'm fairly certain you're going to need a third-party add-on for that functionality -- I can recommend the Intelliremote server software ($24).

For a stand alone IR receiver, it might just be easier to buy a full MCE remote/receiver/blaster kit -- a quick google search on the topic turned up that it's hard to find just a receiver.

That's why I'm posting on here. I was having a hard time finding anything also. Thanks for the info though I will definitely look into it.
