I have had a this issue with a few TV Shows that are being pulled as movies do to an "Extras" or "Bonus" episode where it will only show that file as a movie and ignore the seasons.
If there was a way to manually change the type (movie/tv show/etc) and title it would allow us to edit the best guess matches.
On another note I noticed that pretty much all of my anime has show up as Movies that are incorrect – ie: Monster the anime series shows up as Monster the movie.
