I recently installed boxee on my macbook pro. It is hooked up through hdmi to my plasma. If boxee is in widescreen mode only a quarter of the screen is visible, meaning it takes up the entire screen. I have to put it in windowed to get it normal, but then I have the annoying menu bar the entire time boxee is running. Any solutions? Thanks.

Your Screen Format and Overscan are not set right. go to settings->Appearance->Screen Format & Overscan->Advanced Calibration. Now I have noticed on the newest beta for mac this may not take. If so start a movie then hit enter go up to the gear icon at the top right of the screen then go to video. and do the advanced calibration from there.

If you over scan is so far out you may have to use windowed mode to get to the adjustment screen then hit the \ key to get back to full screen and adjust.
