Can't add apps from Boxee Repo to My Apps

I have added the Boxee Repo repository, and would like to add some of the apps to "My Apps", so I don't have to scroll through a bunch of stuff that I don't want in order to get to them. I select the app, and select "add to my apps" and then a window comes up that says "Application Added", but then back in My Apps, it's not there.

Could there be something I'm doing wrong? Thanks.

No there seems to be something wrong on the Boxee side of things. This has been an issue for a few days now. Short term work around is that adding apps to your shortcuts will still work.
