How can I update a feed icon!?

I changed the image icon for my hulu queue feed in sources, however now it wont change. Its still the original. I removed the source and started/stopped boxee, then added it back, no change.

try deleting the video thumb cache:
~/.boxee/UserData/profiles/[your profile]/Thumbnails/Video
