Has anyone seen this before?

It only seems to be on menu items, videos and stuff still plain fine, just the images for all icons and what not in the menus goes haywire.

I tried completely removing and reinstalling Boxee and can't get the issue to go away. It's quite annoying. Any suggestions?

Thanks!

yes deleted boxee folder in user/library/app support/

system is hackintosh intel c2d with 512mb pci-e video dual monitors running 1680*1050.

FWIW, issue should have nothing to do with it being a hackintosh. i didnt have this issue before the layout and everything change, i use xbmc without any issues, qe/ci are both fully working without any issues.

I've got the exact same issue with 0.9.20 and Snow Leopard 10.6.2. Mine is also a 'homemade mac' - it's a E8400 on an Asus P5B-E. The video card is an Nvidia 7900 GS.

I saw the other post that says this is a hardware thing - is it a fixable hardware thing or am I out of luck with my 'non-apple' hardware?

Thanks all - the beta looks incredible otherwise!

-Mark.

Mark my video card is a 7950GT. I know the 10.6.2 posed issues for GeForce 7xxx series cards, in 64 bit. Mine works perfect in 32 bit with full QE/CI so an issues like this with a single program seems really strange. Unfortunately I think we are out of look as far as any support goes. I am going to locate a 8xxx series card to see if I can test with it and will report back if it fixes things.

I'm seeing the same things - it works perfectly for all other programs (FrontRow, etc.) and QE/CI is working great. The issue with Boxee is the only thing I'm seeing - and it's why I built the machine. I suppose I could switch to Linux and make the problem go away.. but I want it to run SL.

I hear you Mark. And if your like me Boxee worked fine when it was still in Alpha. It's just the menus in the beta that went all haywire. I may be able to borrow a 8 or 9 series card from a friend to test. But I certainly cannot go out and purchase a brand new $200+ video card at the moment because a single application won't work with it. So if that is the case I will have to go back to XBMC for now. :(

Add me to the list.
7900GS and it's corrupted on 10.5.8 and 10.6.2

That makes 3 of us, all who have 7xxx series GeForce cards.

Add me to the list with the same issues. I also have a hackintosh running 10.6.1 with a nvidia Geforce 6600 LE video card. Boxee is the only application that I've experienced issues with my video.

Any of you guys ever locate a resolve? The issue just magically went away for me for several months. After a hard drive crash and resetting up my hackintosh I have this issue again. Sucks even more so now, because this computer became are main HTPC for watching, well everything. :(
