Alias of folders

I am having a bit of a problem, I run Boxee off of my macbook which i put in the living room to watch on my tv. It is networked with my imac and I have several HDD's on the network. in my TV Shows folder I have 3 Alias folders in it and they are able to be seen in Finder but not in Boxee. Is this a problem Boxee has? or is it something that Boxee will never have (the ability to see a Alias folders).

Just a thought, well, a guess really. Have you enabled the option to show hidden files and folders within Boxee?

sorry for the late reply, yes I have enabled and still am not able to see these folders
