New beta cuts fps in half

I have the new beta (0.9.20.10634) and the hz on screen resolution cuts from 60 to 30 when im playing a movie.
Normal video gets choppy, thats a new one for me, anyone else having this problem?
I have shut of the vertical blank sync, it then has 45 hz, not much better.

I have a new update on this on, not that anyone seems to be intrested in it, but i report on it afterall.
I dowloaded the new beta (0.9.20.10708) and tested this again, on both my macbook pro 1,1 and on my mac mini 3,1.

And on both machines the hrz drops to 30 when im playing a mkv, a xvid, divx og just a youtube video. I even tryed it with media not from a external harddrive and it was the same result.
The same result accurs when something is in front of boxee without a movie running.
I hope this is a problem the boxee team is aware of and are abel to resolve it. if not i have at least informed you of it :P
And i know it is a beta and there are suppose to be problems, and i`m just reporting a problem not complaining about it.
