I have no problem playing this 1080p blu-ray rip in plex, but for some reason Boxee plays it with a loud, "TV static/snowy picture" style noise. Anyone know how to fix this problem?

Every time it has happened to me I stopped the video and restarted with no issues. Not sure of the cause but it worked.

On the ATV1 there are several files I use the optical digital audio out for which play fine if I turn down the analog audio on the TV (because for whatever reason in the encoding it fails to down mix) but play great using the optical digital audio in on my surround system. It can be real jarrig wakeup however if you forget when you go to play the file and it clicks away at your
