Incorrect Password ?

Hello,

Just installed Boxee on my Mac and Apple TV. Logged in fine on both, however when I now try to load on the Mac it is saying incorrect password ?

I can login fine on the website and have changed the password, no luck though ?

I was having a similar problem and it was because my password began with a number. A punctuation mark also confused it. Only a letter worked as the first character. Try that.

you can login fine to the appletv ...just check you are entering the correct password (no cap locks etc)..did you change the password after you failed to login to the mac...

Yup just tested the Apple TV and that's fine. The only thing I can think is that I tried entering a proxy on the mac before I logged out. Could that have anything to do with it ?

yes, if it's not configured correctly. (or even maybe if it is.)

try deleting the boxee folder, and starting over:
rm -rm ~/Library/Application Support/BOXEE

Hi there,

I think my router may have been causing the issue. Had connection problems, did a reset. Logged into Boxee (without internet) removed the proxy, connected and logged in ok now.

Just need to get iPlayer working now !

I just bought Apple TV and successfully installed Boxee.

For soe reason it will not accept my username-password.

my username is the same here, Piratebroadcast, and my password does have a number in it...

Any help will be sincerely appreciated...

(I bought Apple TV just FOR Boxee :)
