I see this request occassionally and I don't get it. I get a keyboard on my iPhone remote app whenever I need it. You just need to tap OK on the app when you're in a text field in Boxee. And yes, this is the iPhone Boxee remote app, I don't know why the directional arrows don't show up on the screenshot:
