I was just logging into my youtube account and noticed that I didn't have to type in my password. I had previously deleted Boxee for a fresh install. Is this a security issue?

No, you are just looking at your own page...not actually logged in. Boxee may give that ability again in another build.
I'd like to have that feature back and same for Picasa.

Am I able to vote for those features somewhere?
For both Picasa and Youtube.

More votes the better. Have not checked to see if someone else has posted the idea. So, check first. ;)

Created a Youtube topic/request here:

If you don't vote then you can't complain. ;)

Yeah, I was very surprised that I was not able to login to my account. Seems like a no brainer to me. Maybe it is a License issue. Google loves those add clicks =)

I feel you don't actually need to login into your account, since you can make your profile public (favourites, uploads, etc.).
That's only my opinion.

But not subscriptions; would really like to access to those. Even the ol' iPhone can do that much ;)

This may sound silly since it is Youtube but there are certain videos that I like to keep private. The goal would be to use Youtube as a "backup" but see the video anywhere on my terms.
