Just got Beta invite, but download doesn't work?

Just got the beta invite email. But when I click the "Get it!" button, the page just re-loads. Tried this in Firefox and IE with the same result.

This may sound silly, but some people confuse the "Confirm Early Access email address and Terms & Conditions:" as a prompt to confirm the conditions, not your email.

Type your email twice, choose your platform, and click "Get it!"

I typed in my email, didn't work.
(also, turned off adblock in Firefox, and didn't see any popup block indicator)

So, you typed in your email twice, and you were actually invited (not just sent to you by someone else), and you're using the correct email address with which you registered early with?

1. Yes, typed my email into the terms and conditions box
2. Got an invite from Tom Sella (via Boxee) [support@boxee.tv]

I just tested it and it works for me. Sounds like a user account issue more than a bug. :p

Maybe this was a temp issue. Please try it again. If still no success, PM or email Tom and see if they can fix your account.

Still waiting for support. I heard 1x from them yesterday so hoping they fix it. Otherwise,could someone just send the Windows version to me ? :)

Well, it is Christmas, so people most likely with family today and tomorrow.

No, we cannot give you the file. You must get it like everyone else.;) Besides, that would be a clear violation of the NDA.

Or if your boxee profile is so jacked then a an admin can verify your account then find another means, if necessary, to get you the file.

Well, they're not an Israeli company really. And not all reside there.

I will say that most are not available for the next 36 hrs. Lets put it that way. ;)
