So I've been going through my unresolved videos, checking was Boxee recognizes and such, I've come across a rather strange one. I have "Kung Fu Panda" listed as a local video, when I click on it, there is no path at the bottom, and I know for a fact that I don't have Kung Fu Panda in my video files? just wanted to report that.

Every Boxee user gets a free "Kung Fu Panda" movie with download. Didn't you know?
But your're right, that is a bit unusual.... Maybe someone will post with a similar problem, but, unless its interfering with your enjoyment of Boxee, it'll be of low priority for the January beta release.

That's fine, just reporting what I've been seeing. I'm more worried about several of my movies that never show up....I've named them all right, but they are not in my Movie list...not that I can watch them (i'm on XP) all I get is a white screen with audio.

Ditto - But I've been assured that will be fixed.

I've already reported it, but I have Kung Fu Panda as well, and when I play it, it's actually Taken. Which would be great for every household with children.

I've noticed that the Boxee Beta shows no path at the bottom for "stacks", which is when a movie spans multiple files (such as one ripped from multiple DVDs or a double sided DVD). In the Alpha the path would show a path starting with stack://.
It is possible that Boxee has somehow treated several of your movie files as being part of one very long movie. If this is the case you should probably check the name of the folder the video files are in, as this may be taken into account when deciding whether the files are part of the same movie.

I can't see anything yet (XP bug), but I betcha that's what mine is, I reported that I had Taken, but it was not showing up in my list.
