Hi Marcel,
I have been experiencing status 10 and 11 errors for the last few days. Today I deleted the boxee directory, recreated my profile, added an smb folder and let boxee do some indexing.
I don't know if it had completed all of its indexing, but I did exit boxee using the exit option on the menu.
I then edited the guisettings.xml file and set the upnp server to true.
When I relaunched boxee, about 1 minute after I logged in, it exited with status 11.
I have since editted the guisettings.xml file again and set the upnp server to false, and have not experienced this problem since.
I am attempting to get boxee setup, so that I can use it as my upnp server, and access it from another upnp media player that I own without having to leave my mac on all day. This does work, providing boxee doesn't crash. The smb share is from a usb drive connected to my apple timecapsule.
The log files are located at:

console.log - http://pastebin.com/m17fa3849
