Apple Remote still not working?

I thought the Boxee Beta was suppose to correct the issue with the Apple Remote not working with certain programs after upgrading to snow leopard?

Remote works with Hulu and other apps just not with Boxee. Has this fix just not been implemented yet or is it just me having the issue?

Make sure "Leopard compatibility mode" is checked to make the remote work.

This takes care of the remote issue and doesn't seem break remote functionality with anything else.
