Boxee Invites and Member Status

There are obviously many factors that go into judging who gets Beta invites: the alignment of the stars, geological tremors, and reading tea leaves are just a few examples.

I'm just wondering how people's member status' on the forum affect getting boxee beta. Obviously, moderators get first choice (*pout*). But what about senior members, members, junior members, and non-members? Does "seniority" have a significant effect?

Yes, community involvement is taken in to consideration. But, it's not like PageRank... there is no defined formula.

Also, not all mods got it first. There are quite a few inactive mods.

I was part of the private alpha and I still have nothing. Hopefully the CES date is still good. I have a mac/windows/linux systems just waiting to test on.
