I'm getting the following error on my console:

09-11-10 9:50:03 AM [0x0-0x3a03a].tv.boxee.boxee[429] launchctl: Couldn't stat("/Users/kelvar/Library/LaunchAgents/tv.boxee.helper.plist"): No such file or directory

That file is there in that directory.

I have tried:

- uninstalling boxee completely (including the directories under application support and launcherapp)
- cleaning old thumbnails
- erasing the library through the set up.

It always comes back to this error. Movies all work perfectly fine, new movies are found without problems, including their thumbs and info.

TV shows - the thumbs are never found, and the info is found sporadically. Some seasons show, some don't, some episodes show, some do not. Even if I choose recognize, they never show up. The naming convention is the same for all shows, all episodes, so it's not a naming format thing (I followed the convention listed on the support site).

I'm not sure what to do next. Thanks in advance for the help!

Edit: I should add I'm using the latest version of snow leopard.

As per the TV indexing problem, please see these posts:

It's a temporary issue because thetvdb changed the directory path of their image files so Boxee is having a problem locating correct media at the moment from them. The solution is to just modify your os hosts file to point to the right location. This will be fixed in the upcoming beta.
