I have lots of AVI files. When I skip forward on Boxee (OSX) or XBMC (OSX) about 1 out of 5 avi files will fail to skip forward, skipping only 1 - 2 seconds and then starting over at 0
The exact same files coming from the same file server on the same network hub on the original Xbox XBMC have no such problems. I bring all that up to try to rule out network issues.
In fact, I'm running it on a brand new mac mini I bought just 10 days ago explicity to replace my xbox but sadly I still have to switch back to the xbox for certain files, especially if I want to continue a movie where I left off.
Is this a known issue?
