I am using the latest version of Boxee as of Friday 10/24. Here is the reproduction recipe:
Start Boxee
Started a Hulu stream to ensure that it works.
Stop Stream, listen to some music from local drive (Flac format)
Stop music, then load same Hulu stream.
Result: no sound the second time that you watch the stream.
