No thumbnails for both internet and local content

Boxee on my mac is not loading any thumbnails. For example on the main screen where there are recommendations there are no images but rather a image of a video camera. This same issue applied for both internet content and my own library. I also know that it isn't my library content because I am able to view thumbnails (both internet and library) on my appletv. Is anyone else having this problem on their mac? does anyone have any suggestions?

thanks for the report ..

what type of content is not being recognized (e.g hulu content,lastfm etc) can you manually try to recognize your content .

All content lacks thumbnails. My content is recognized but doens't have thumbnail. It even organized my TV show and puts titles in them but doesn't show a thumbnail like the appletv. Also my added content is not saving when I exit boxee. But I know others are having that problem too.
