Hello -

I am using an ATV w/ Boxee (latest version updated as of today) successfully installed. I have all of my movies, tv shows in a media folder on my Time Capsule that is networked to my MacBook Pro. I am able to view the movies I've added to ITunes using ATV. However I use Boxee bc most of my films are in a format that ATV doesn't want to play. I have also been successful in adding the Time Capsule as a source & can drill down to each movie file & play from there. For some reason though the movies are not indexing so that I can select a movie, tv show from Local Media/Movies or Local Media/ Tv Shows - both say 'no results found'. I have searched this forum & the web looking for someone with a solution to no avail.

Has anyone experienced this same issue & been able to resolve it?

Thank you in advance.

I'm having the same sort of issue, but I haven't gotten as far as you.
I'm able to browse to my Time Capsule.
I enter the Folder Name, User Name and Password then I receive Error 2:share not available.
Can you give me the steps you took to get connected to your Time Capsule?

Thanks..

sure, i actually just used a video that is stickied on the first page about sharing a media drive.

link to youtube video is here - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OXJWRZUiFSQ&feature=channel

it all works for me according to the video except when i browse to the movies folder, none of my stuff comes up like his (juno movie) did.

i used the IP provided on the info tab of my T.C. & the name and pw for it and hit login. then 'add the source'. that brings you to the tab in boxee that allows you to name the source and select what media type to browse for. so i did that and got it all set up. that's where i'm at in the game now.
