I have Netflix account that works well . In boxee if try to watch Netflix movie I get the follwing..." movie playing failed... Netflix Launch error.have re authorized but still fails. any help please

try removing the UserData and try again..we are aware of issues with netflix and are working with them to solve all outstanding issues..

I'm having the same problem. I've removed "UserData" and the netflix folder inside of "UserData" and that didn't work. Netflix works on my wife's computer, just not on mine.

I'm getting the same issue as well... attempted removing user data folder, no success.

I'm on 10.6.1, boxee version 0.9.14.6992

just tested on another mac running 10.6.0, and was able to run netflix with no issue... could this be a 10.6.1 issue?

Have you guys tried logging out of the Boxee Netflix app and then re-logging in to see if get a movie started?

I am having this issue as well on only one of my two mac mini's in the house and have to keep re-logging in for every movie I want to watch.

I was looking into this as an option of possibly having an all-in-one unit (granted minus CABLEcard) instead of relying on getting an XBOX account or using the Roku box (I have one, but would like to move it to my bedroom). I know you guys probably already know this but the quality isn't at all what I expected. I couldn't find a way to stream HD and the SD content quality was all over the map. Is this because of Silverlight? Does it not allow for HD streams either?

Whatever the case may be, I hope the quality and implementation are improved in the future. I liked the menus a lot though!

I'm experiencing the same issues.

Last week Netflix stopped streaming anything. However, after several days netflix was working just fine.

Yesterday, netflix started acting weird. I was able to login and logout and it solved the problem. But on the third stream of the day, it cut out halfway through the show and I was never able to get it working again.

I have the same problem. I'm using version 0.9.14.6992.
