If Boxee as an application is not to have an initial setup/configuration guide (for preferred language, keyboard-layout, region, time-zone, and other internationalization and localization settings) then Boxee should when installed on a desktop computer automatically default to the internationalization and localization settings of the operating-system that it is installed under.

great idea we will look into the idea of boxee automatically reading your localization settings from your os and maybe implement it into future versions.
