I have to say for a alpha this software works really well. Plays 1080p content much smoother than Mplayer or VLC. It seems to use multiple cores much more efficiently!

Now the bug I have found. I have an external USB drive. I can only see about 12 files on there and there are well over 1000. I cant get any more to show up. I have done a complete reinstall to no avail (Deleted the boxee folder in /Library/Application Support and reinstalled from the installer.)

I have another share set up on one of the mounted network volumes and I can see all the files on that one.

Any ideas?

very weird...
when you hook that usb drive as a network share (on another machine) will it show all files?
How are you trying to browse the drive? via "options->sources"?

additionally - what type of file system is used on the external drive? please PM me with your /var/tmp/xbmc.log after trying to browse that drive via boxee.

It is a HFS+ volume. I dont have any other macs so I really cant move it.

I have tried through options:sources and setting it up in settings. It will only show 12 files. It was also showing some hidden folders from when I had tried to install the OS on the external drive. I went and deleted those and all it shows are 12 files. What really weird is 11 of the files it shows are of one TV series "Zettai Karashi"

Tried to PM the file but I cannot attach files. Tried to post the contents of the log but it is too big to post.

I'm adding a share from an internal drive and all the items (iso's) are not showing up. They work, but and did show up, but now are gone.
