Wrong thumbnail

I have an incorrect thumbnail showing up for a TV show -- not an individual episode, but the category thumbnail for the whole show. When I click through, the thumbnail for the season and episodes are correct. Is there anyway to fix it?

if the show is in it's own folder, (IE: ~/shows/House/show1.avi) you can try placing a custom picture called 'folder.jpg' in the root of the show's folder.
