Entourage Season 1 Issue

I have been using Boxee for several months and gone through each update. Regardless of the version, I can only get three episodes of Entourage S01 to index.

I have tried multiple naming conventions, but no matter what I do only Episodes 03, 04, and 08 will index. Each change in the naming convention results in the same thing, those three episodes index, none of the rest of the do.

I have visited www.thetvdb.com and didn't appear to be missing anything.

Every other season of Entourage works fine. The only major difference I can see is that the Season 1 format is MP4 and the others are AVI. Regardless, three episodes of Season 1 work.

The naming conventions I have tried are as follows:

Entourage.S01E02.mp4
Entourage.01x02.The.Review.mp4
Entourage.S01E02.The.Review.mp4

etc. for the rest of the episodes
